I personally plan out the full meal plans after our consultation and I know your restrictions, preferences, goals, and any medical issues that may affect diet.
What are individual meal plans like?
Meal plans are fully dependent on the clients dietary restrictions, goals, and preferences. However, the way we do meal plans I promise you'll still be able to enjoy your favorite foods!
What happens if I miss a session?
If notified in advance, we'll reschedule your session. Cancellations within 24 hours of a session will be used. Consistent attendance is encouraged for best results.
